Título: A theorem on the continuation of fixed points
Resumo: In a paper of 1960, Felix Browder established a theorem concerning the continuation of the fixed points of a family of continuous functions depending continuously on a parameter, We shall extend this result and present applications to nonlinear boundary value problems. We shall introduce new viewpoints of known results, as well as new results and some open problems.
